The Quoin is a private property dedicated to reimagining business models in order to regenerate natural ecosystems, rethread knowledge systems and return people to nature.

Located in the Midlands, in the heart of Lutruwita/Tasmania, we’re demonstrating the potential of business models that don't extract from the land’s natural and cultural values, but enhance it instead. 

As part of our operations, The Quoin may collect and hold personal information about the people and groups we interact with, including but not limited to, business owners, landowners, farmers, co-operatives, scientists, spokespeople, founders and website visitors.

Disclosure of your personal information outside of Australia

In certain limited circumstances, your personal information may be shared with the ATO or  ASIC which will then exchange this information with equivalent overseas regulatory bodies as a result of Australia’s participation in the Common Reporting Standard and Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act.

Where in accordance with this privacy policy, we disclose your personal information to third parties who reside outside Australia, you agree and acknowledge that we are not required to ensure that those third parties comply with Australian privacy laws.

However, they do allow third parties, such as Google and Facebook, to cause our advertisements to appear on your social media and online media feeds as part of our retargeting campaigns.
